- ObjectWeb specializes in building middleware solutions. I hope to build a community of users and developers who are like-minded and interested in middleware technologies.
- Java.net is run by and has too much focus on Sun Microsystems. In some ways it is a propaganda tool for Sun. I wanted a more open environment for SimpleDBM, where every project has the same status.
A related news is that I am migrating the version control from CVS to Subversion.
